How the world could function nice end equal for everyone

 There are countless videos on youtube Gary Vee style or Cardone advising you about financial independence. Now it's ok because the outcome for everyone is very unbalanced most of the time. Nice to dream with hard work sacrifices blabla gain a lot of money.

I don't think this is a non-toxic or safe environment. Imagine all the people could do that. How we will function as a society without - I don't know an uber driver, a plumber, a wedding organizer, a police officer etc.

I feel like what I'm gonna say will sound as if I'm a communist. But I'm not:). Maybe that is what Universal basic income was referring to

I think all the people, with some level of responsibility and basic education, should be paid the same. The base salary should be

the same for all. The base salary is to ensure the basic things like paying for the apartment or house, bills, food, some clothes, and a free health system like in Europe and to have extra money for a weekly party, hobby or trip, or football match

When you are more efficient or more dedicated or interested in the work (wherever the work is ) you get extra pay. I don't know if competing with your co-workers to get the extra cash could be nice or not. But would be more competitive and productive. And think that you wouldn't have the stress you have to pay the bills, the house and you purely be in a competition with your coworkers.

And more than that, if your job is more dangerous or more difficult or much more creative you get another extra pay. The system for the high-paid people right now maybe it's ok.

One of the most important is that your working hours cant be more than 8 hours a day. Maybe in some jobs, you could work more hours, but in 90% of the jobs, you must work 8 hours a day by law. Not more, not less. do something relaxing like games, reading or whatever at least 1h30 daily by law and 1h gym or sport daily

Don't get penalized for having a second job or having a side hustle. 

If you try to start a company or be self-employed, the government should not start taxing you until you pass the basic income I was talking about at the beginning. When they insert the Musk chip in our brains they could control us to not cheat. The thing is that the people could control them too in case of some bad or malicious behavior.

The world would be more relaxed and a better place than it is right now.
