Auto Journalism - Be more objective, no one cares

I watch them a lot, and I mean a lot, I enjoy the entertainment they do, but their opinions on cars, on specific things change depending on the brand, the country of the brand, and other things like that. You can't see this sometimes, because maybe it's not so obvious, or some opinions of the hosts are real or others created for the show. Anyway, everybody has his opinion, but specify that if it's the case.
One example which is always told on auto reviews is that let's say VW Golf has no real buttons in the interior, all of them are digital. Well, the case is maybe some people may enjoy that and others maybe not. I don't like either if the AC has buttons, but I don't cry, I look for other cars if that's a 100% no. Even if the journalist says it's his personal opinion on that(some of them don't even say that), it doesn't sound very good for a viewer. Don't get me wrong, things like that are good to be said, the brands may be interested in the opinion of journalists, but maybe not always the journalist is right. I talk about big YouTube auto-journalists. They must understand that now, their opinions matter, some of them are like YouTube stars.
I know I'm going to keep looking at their videos, but I'm afraid one day they will annoy me and I'll stop watching them, they will not care, I will not care. But is better to spread positivity ...

If one is smarter, could do a list for each car type and the things each car must have or should have. And check the list when the car is presented. Sure, the list could be updated anytime, but let it be more official. Don't say something about a car that's a "con", and for another car, the same thing is a "pro". And between the lines of the list, the journalist can be funny, sentimental, or whatever he wants to entertain. Maybe I sound like I'm whining, and It's not a big of a deal, but I think it matters.
So with that been said, the worst part is yet to come...
They have lap comparison or drag races to 100km/h(60m/h) or brake distance etc.
First of all, each car has a different setup. Different height setup, different brake setup, different tires, different suspension setups, different other optional setups; all of this influences a lap time. You got to know how the car setup works and drive it depending on that. In F1 for example, a is very hard for a driver to set up a hot lap and maintain that time each lap (if not impossible). In some cases, some car reviews are made with different drivers who set up the fastest lap time, which is not an indicator of anything for a comparison between cars. If a driver goes 200 laps with a car and understands how the car works exactly on the brake, on curves how traction works etc, it's then when you can have a real objective opinion. The perfect situation would be a robot to test the car having all the parameters mentioned earlier(in 20 years maybe could be possible). So the journalist could talk about esthetic subjects, how the car feels, prices, comfort, usability, originality, thoughts etc and the robot or at least a very detailed test for each car to show the real specs of the car. I know that implies an immense budget, but then would be a real car review. I like to imagine that this will be possible in the future.

To talk about the drag races to 100km/h it's the same as in the lap time subject. It depends on the tires, tire temperature, which lane of the street(circuit) you start the drag race, the track temperature, weather, reaction time of the driver etc. So it's not a very objective way to present a comparison between cars. At least in drag races, usually they do it more entertaining by being funny or the frames recorded are cool etc. But sometimes maybe you'll get bad info about the real specs.
