Chasing Away the Belly: A Tale of Determination and Progress

 I've been hitting the gym on and off for the past few months, like maybe once or twice a week. But honestly, I wasn't taking it too seriously. But now, things have changed – I've decided to kick it up a notch. I'm going to the gym every single day and I've also started following a proper diet. It's a whole new ballgame now!

Oh, and speaking of diets, I might have something interesting to share with you in a few days. I'm trying out this diet that seems to be a good fit for me. I'll definitely let you in on the details once I've got it all figured out.


This week has been quite the ride. I managed to hit the gym every single day, except for Thursday when I took a little detour to visit Barcelona – such an amazing city, by the way.(soon I'll post some photos from there) And you know what? I totally declared it as my cheat day for my diet. I know they say cheat days aren't the best idea, but once in a while, treating yourself doesn't hurt, right? Anyway, gotta strike that balance!
So, I managed to shed off some serious weight: a whopping 6.5 kg! Yeah, I know, it might sound like a lot, but I've heard that in the beginning, it's pretty normal to drop weight quickly. However, there's this one thing that's still hanging around: my stubborn belly. But hey, I'm optimistic! If I stick with this routine for another month, I'm really hoping that I'll finally bid farewell to that pesky belly
