Who is not replacing Hamilton then?(in 2025)

I find it amusing how, if you've followed the F1 news over the last three months or so, it seems like they've mentioned every driver from every team as a potential replacement for Hamilton at Mercedes next year. It's not a big deal, but it's funny how no one really knows anything.mm.
