Frustrating Disconnects in FIFA 23

 Lately, I've been playing a lot of FIFA (specifically FIFA 23, not 24). I've noticed some frustrating errors that I didn't expect to encounter in such a "modern" game. Frequently, the match disconnects, often right after my opponent scores a goal. The final score remains 1-0, even if it disconnects in the 5th minute even with my internet conecting working flawless. With the millions spent on game development, it's surprising that these bugs persist. I suspect some players know how to manipulate the game to disconnect while still securing a victory, as it seems too coincidental otherwise.

I still haven't mastered the pressure button like I user to from fifa 2007-2008.2009-2011-2012-2014, so my defense is weak so I can't talk too much about the gameplay.

This year, I'll be buying FIFA 25, having skipped 24. My gamepad, which was supposed to arrive from Amazon in May or June, is now expected to arrive in October. It's coming from China, and for some reason, it's taken this long. Hopefully, it'll be perfect for the new FIFA launch.
